Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit re|Born. Let me introduce myself. My name is Rachel, I am a mum of 2 sassy girls living in South West London. I am an ex-management consultant, retail and eCommerce specialist turned women’s fitness coach. With a specialism in Women's Health - pre & post natal fitness, ‘corrective exercise’, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse (POP) - I love to focus on mindful movement, while also bridging the gap between pelvic health physical therapy and strength training.
I always enjoyed fitness but worried about the effects of exercise while trying for 7 months for a baby and then suffering a miscarriage. I also found my first pregnancy very difficult, struggling with changes to my body and the aches and pains that came with it. I googled like crazy and soon realised there was a need for more education and dedicated training support for women trying to conceive, throughout pregnancy and motherhood. In particular, around how to exercise safely while also challenging the ‘norms’, and expectations of, what women can and can’t do during these stages. It’s time to remove the fear-mongering!

Having a consulting background and a maths degree, I’ve always wanted to know WHY I should be training in a certain way and how it would impact my body. This has led me on a path and constant desire to continually learn and develop my training methods to get the most out of our bodies to get the results we desire. During my second pregnancy I managed to combat all pains experienced and continued with my love of CrossFit which was extremely empowering. Postpartum I've gained a powerful and purposeful body, freed myself from pain and pelvic health issues, and achieved my goals. I am here to make you feel the same, investing in you and your progress, and giving you the confidence to continue with and return to the activities you love.
"Would recommend highly! Was looking for someone to guide me with exercising during pregnancy and felt in very safe hands with Rachel. I started early in pregnancy to maintain fitness but have also gained a lot more in terms of improving posture, coordination and core strength. Rachel is very knowledgeable and friendly!"
