Hi, I’m Rachel, a highly regarded women’s health & fitness, pre and post natal specialist, diastasis and POP coach.

Bridging the gap between pelvic health and fitness, my training methods combine a unique combination of breathwork, corrective exercise and functional strength & conditioning.

I take a holistic approach to training and I am extremely passionate about removing fear around exercise in the pre & post natal periods, particularly those pertaining to pelvic health issues; diastasis recti, incontinence and prolapse.

I’ve been there, had that fear. The worry about causing harm to my unborn child following a miscarriage, causing more pain to my back by deadlifting or making my diastasis recti worse by doing weighted sit ups. I overcame all - freed myself from anxiety, pain and achieved a functional core (and flat abs) - coming out stronger in my body and mind, than even pre babies.

Today, I coach women and mothers with pelvic floor issues and abdominal separation to get the same life changing results - to get strong, pain and problem free all while getting back to the exercises they enjoy. To feel empowered.
