I created re|Born after having my first baby girl, Coco. I found there wasn’t enough education and dedicated support surrounding exercise and training for women trying to conceive, during pregnancy and postpartum. These are exciting but challenging times which can fill us with a whole array of emotions including anxiety and uncertainty of how to exercise, feel and/or look like yourself again and get back to the workouts you love. I have experienced all these emotions and more!
I want to take you on a journey to better understand your body, it’s capabilities and educate you on how to move intuitively working from foundations up, not fads! I want you to get as strong as possible without fear, because being a mother requires strength!
