Bespoke session plans are created for you, delivered complete with video demos for you to do in your own time at home or at the gym. You will have dedicated support and Rachel will check up on you to make sure you are progressing, including review of your own videos while giving you guidance on the way you move (if necessary!).

Something we rarely do as mums is focus on us. Prioritise yourself during your pregnancy and take ownership of your complete postpartum recovery. Our goal is arm you with the knowledge you need to rebuild a great base of strength so you can safely get back to the activities you love, at your pace, for your body. This includes some of the often overlooked areas of core and pelvic health.
Passionate about improving the standard of, and education in, Antenatal and Postnatal care, this course is run by Rachel alongside a pelvic health physiotherapist and registered nutritionist.
